- Account data: name, email, and profile information from Google SSO.
- Customer Content: artifacts you upload for conversion (SQL, code, workflows), plus optional metadata.
- Usage data: batch ids, timestamps, feature usage, and diagnostics to operate and improve the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service (processing, storage, download, support).
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce quotas.
- Improve performance and reliability (aggregated, non-identifiable analytics).
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate JarvisX, such as:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud) for storage and compute.
- LLM/API providers for conversion and optional quality scoring, as configured.
- Email delivery providers for transactional messages and purchase inquiries.
5. Data retention
We retain Customer Content and Output for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet operational requirements. Enterprise retention and deletion controls may be available by agreement.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secret management, and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless required and authorized.
7. Your choices
- You can stop using the Service at any time.
- You can request deletion of account data subject to legal and operational requirements.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in regions where our providers operate. We take steps to protect data during processing and transfer.
