Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 18, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how JarvisX collects, uses, and shares information when you use our codebase translation platform. Your privacy and intellectual property are our highest concerns.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and profile data parsed securely via Google SSO or SAML federation.
  • Customer Content: Script code, queries, ETL workflows, DDLs, and custom schemas uploaded for the purpose of compiling conversions.
  • Usage Diagnostics: Batch session IDs, timestamps, dialect inputs, execution logs, and system error events.

3. How We Use Information

We process submitted inputs solely to deliver dialect translations, semantic scores, and risk audits. We do not use customer artifacts to train public machine learning models. Access is locked behind automated system operations.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Metadata and code strings are shared only with the verified sub-processors listed in our Trust Center (including Google Cloud and designated LLM vendors) under explicit enterprise DPAs that prohibit training. We do not sell or rent data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Source artifacts are automatically purged from Google Cloud Storage after 90 days. Users can initiate complete account deletion at any time by emailing our engineering support line.

6. Security Controls

We enforce TLS 1.3 transit encryption, AES-256 resting encryption, and strict IAM security policies. All access actions trigger events inside append-only security logs.
