Quick Summary
- You own your data; we own the format outputs and the translation engine algorithms.
- You must have the legal right to process any source files or branches you upload.
- Calculations, syntax fixes, and validations are AI-assisted and should be manually reviewed.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By signing up, installing the GitHub App, or uploading scripts to the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the compiler assets.
2. Intellectual Property
We claim zero ownership over source structures you submit. Translation results are your assets. The translation models, prefix configurations, CLI binaries, and CSS design frameworks remain the proprietary property of Jarvis AI Solutions.
3. Automated Processing Disclaimer
Dialect translations are compiled using automated parsing algorithms and cloud neural language processors. These outputs are machine-generated. It is your engineering team’s responsibility to check, evaluate, and deploy translations to production stacks.
4. Service Availability & Limits
We target high uptime rates but do not guarantee uninterrupted compiles. Service allowances, maximum file sizes, and prompt depth features are limited by your selected subscription plan tiers. Unused monthly artifact balances do not carry over.
5. Limitation of Liability
JarvisX is provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any query syntax failures, query execution costs, or data damages occurring due to compiled script actions.
